I agree, Dave! As I have posted before, I think RCCL is still in the dark ages when it comes to a user friendly website, or even the computer area on their ships. We had so much more technology available to us on the Celebrity Summit than on the Grandeur or Radiance.

One thing that irritates me about the website is that once you enter your reservation number, you still have to enter the ship, date of sailing, etc. If I log in with my name, password, and reservation number, it seems to me that that should be sufficient.

How unreal, though, that you were sent to another person's account!! A definite security and privacy glitch that could have resulted in an identify theft for some unsuspecting person if the wrong person had been sent to that site. I consider that a very serious problem and I hope that RCCL took it seriously!

My inadvertent security breach has not happened again, although who knows how many others have had it happen?

I agree about the need to enter all that info. I have signed in to the website and have a rez number, and don't understand the fire drill required with ship names, sailing date, etc. But I think this happens on other cruise line sites too.

If anything, Princess might be a little light on security. All I do is sign in on the home page with e-mail address and password and I can go directly to a page with my bookings, contact information, even immigration information including passport numbers etc.
Somewhere between these extremes is something reasonable.

My biggest complaint with the RCCL web site is that each time you do a search, even using the same parameters, it brings back different results.

So if you find a cruise you're interested in, you may not be able to find it again!

Poorly designed.
