Can I access my wine package at lunch time?

Hi,
I am going on a 5 day cruise in 11 DAYS!!!!! Miami to Mexico on Navigator.
Does anyone know if I can have access to my wine package if I have lunch in the dining room?
What if I have breakfast in the dining room, would I have access to my wine package for champagne and orange juice?
I ased RCL if I could go to a bar and order a bottle of champage from my wine package and take it to my room on the first day. I was told that the wine package is designed to be used only in the dining room.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

Yes, you can let your waiter know that you would like to have a bottle of wine brought to your table at lunch time as long as you're having lunch in the main dining room. I don't know about the champagne and orange juice, but I doubt it. I hope you have a fantastic cruise!
