All the ships have a couple of main production shows. This is typically a revue with a theme such as "Salute to Broadway", or "Rock and Roll Through The Years". They are really quite good and RCI spends millions of dollars on each production, which includes their own rehearsal stage in south Florida. Given the expense, once a show is rolled out they will run it for two or three years, and if you cruise a lot you'll likely see the same shows being performed on different ships.
I have no idea what is currently on the Navigator.
