This isn't a full review but those interested take note, that the 10/29 transatlantic from Venice to Galveston was a very nice cruise overall. The Executive Chef (Sarah from London England) is the only woman executive chef for RCCl and she doesn't know of any other woman in a similiar capacity on any other cruise line. She is an especially nice lady, very friendly, who said that she has an outstanding team on the Splendour. Needless to add, the food was excellent (much better than expected).
