Paranormal.. if you go to the Cruise-chat.com home page there are links to the "what to bring" lists. That will give you a good list to go from. Don't need to bring EVERYTHING they say, but since you cruised before, you have a good idea of what on the list applies to you.

Never hurts to be prepared. When I go I have enough medicine with me to treat anything from a sore throat to Malaria Never had to use any of it but better safe than sorry. Have a great time.

Thanks Stacie! I totally agree with the meds thing. My husband and I are both medics so we know how important it is. I made sure to get enough pepto and immodium for both of us for the whole week - just in case of 'Montezuma's revenge'! We know better than to drink anything in Mexico except the water we brought with us or sealed cans of soda. (sometimes bottles of soda get re-filled) We also know not to eat anything that hasn't been well-cooked. (no freshly washed fruit or salad for me thanks!) Unfortunately for me, my GI tract is touchy whenever I travel. (it must the years of Fire Station food...you'd think it would be the other way 'round!) I also bring PLENTY of hand snitizer and ALWAYS do a rubdown prior to eating or drinking anything... so far it's kept us enjoying our vacations without a hitch, so i'm gonna keep it up!

Thanks for all the help! I'll swig down an extra amaretto sour in ya'lls honor! Okay, I'll think of you while I'm doing it...I would have had the extra one anyway! Hee hee! Ya'll have a great week! I'll be in the Caribbean!!!!!

Woo Hoo!!!!.................Joanna

Hey Paranormal

I had gotten a great (and VERY detailed) packing list from another post a couple of weeks ago. The link is www.cruisereviews.com/PackingList.htm

Hope this helps! Have a great time! It's rainy in Ohio (still no snow ) - Wish I was going to the Caribbean in two days!
