Concierge Services

I am a C&A member (Platinum) after my next cruise 6/23/07 I move up to Diamond, Strange as it seems I have never used the services of the Concierge, I like doing it myself. My ? is will he/she take care of my Spa,Dining & Excursions
needs? And do I have a better shot of getting the days & times I want doing it myself.

I'd say the Concierge will stand a better chance of getting you plum times. Concierge Club Services.

I try not to bug the Concierge with things I just as soon do myself. I usually have him/her get my ice show tickets though. If there is a lot of C&A diamond on board the Concierge can get very busy. Even though I'm a diamond plus member I consider it a great perk, and always show my appreciation.
