Hello. Well, for the spa...I would suggest going to the spa immediately after you board, to pick your treatment and time. They fill up FAST
, trust me I know. You can cancel up to 24 hours, without a cancellation fee. So, it is also worth checking back with them, to see if times have freed up. The prices drop about $20 if you get a massage while the ship is in port. They will have daily spa specials, that are announced the night before. If I remember correctly the port price for a full body swedish massage is $99. They prices go up from there. They offer lime and ginger salt rub or stone massages both with half of full body massages. They have, deep tissue massage, seaweed wrap w/massage, they also offer another kind of wrap, clay, I think. They offer expensive european cellulite treatments. Also, couples massage class, you learn how to give a proper massage to each other. If you go to Labadee, on our Freedom cruise, they were offering couples "beach cabana" massage, you could book in the spa, I think it was $250 or $280. All prices are w/o tip, usually 15% or more I you like. They will also have a spa tour the first day. They can be VERY pushy with buying the expensive products, I usually tell them I already bought some. I have been able to get discounts on more expensive treatments, if I can get in early, 8am or so. I rolled out of bed, strolled down the hall to the spa. It was well worth it. Hope this helps.
