pool side activities

I'm a first time cruiser and I was wondering about pool side activities. I mean like what kind of activities are there?

Generally lots of good music, men's sexy legs contest, belly flop contest, line dancing, lot's of good drinks, midnight buffets. Loads of fun stuff.

IS this for all the cruise lines thru RCL? I heard that the RCL is more for an older group instead of people in there twenties. Is this true. How do we know when these pool side activites take place? are they every day?

You were badly informed. You will fit in well. Everyday in your cabin you will get a newsletter called the Compass. It will list all the activities of the day, when and where they will be held.
