OWNERS SUITE/JEWEL OF THE SEAS

I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS A SMALL BAR LOCATED IN THE OWNERS SUITES. IF YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING LIQUOR ONBOARD, WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE BAR.......AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

I was in an owner's suite on the Voyager in December. You can have wine delivered to your suite. If you want something else you'll have to use your concierge card. The lounge is open from 5 pm to 8:30 pm everynight. The drinks are free.
