I would think you can search on major sites like Expedia, orbitz, Travelocity, etc and just look for a place near Newardk (EWR) as they are pretty close to each other.

The Best Western Newark (about 5 miles from the port) offers a park and cruise package with complimentary parking for 10 days and free shuttle service to and from the port. I haven't stayed there myself - but do know they offer what you are loking for. Bon Voyage!
