Hi

Can you tell me if its possible to reserve seating for 4 people, there are two couples going and we would prefer to be on our own, we dont want to be selfish or anything but if it was possible to be on our own it would be great.

There are options of seating for 2, and or table of 6 - 8.

oh sorry Dave I didnt check to see if there were, but I never remember seeing any on our last cruise, and as far as I remember on the forms that 4 wasnt an option

I'm sure I saw some, but they can configure one for you. The answer to your question: yes it is possible, but it may not be absolute. It can depend on how full the cruise is, but for the most part I doubt it will be a problem. See the dining manager as soon as you board and request it. You'll need the info for both couples, as in the table assignments you received when you checked in, folio numbers, names.

We have had a table for 4 twice (not by our request). Once on the Grandeur and once on Serenade.

There are definitely tables for four on the Liberty--we had one. Our TA booked a table for 4-6 (that was the option she had available to select--that is what we always have the option of, apparently). We have had a table for four on all but one of our cruises on the Voyager class ships. We always find our table first thing--the kids want it to be "just us" and I understand that.

All the ships have tables for four. You can make your request when you book the cruise. There is no guarantee that you'll get one, but in answer to your question…yes, it is possible. Another thing we always do is check out where our table is after boarding the ship. If we need to change it, we get in line to see the maître d'.

thanks Sonny, where would be nice to sit, previous cruise on voyager we were upstairs over looking the captains table, are the ones overlooking the sea better?

I prefer the being next to the rail looking down to the main dining room floor. I also request a round table for eight most of the time.
