hello! I'm new here and was thoroughly impressed with the help and advice I found, so I was hoping I could get some recommendations from all of you.

my husband and I are blessed to be planning a cruise in September of this year to the Mexican Riviera. I have cruised to the Caribbean twice, but this will be my first cruise since we moved to the west coast and my first time to Mexico. Since we are trying to cut back on expenses we're planning less excursions and spending more time on the boat, but as I am a huge beach lover I would love to find one good beach excursion. Our ports are Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta. Has anyone been on this or a similar itinerary who could tell me where the best beaches are? I would very much appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Meg01, welcome to Cruise-Chat. I debated moving this post to the Port Chat section, but wasn't sure if you would be able to find it again. Anyway, If you'll use your "Find" feature in the upper left hand corner and type in your ports, it will pull up all the posts made. There are quite a few on your ports. I am sure you would have no problem asking a taxi driver to take you to the "best" beach in any of your ports, but do understand wanting to know for sure. I hope you'll see something that interests you using the "Find" feature, but if not, hopefully someone that has been on that itinerary can help you. We haven't done that itinerary---yet Anyway, did want to welcome you aboard and congratulate you on your upcoming cruise!

thank you so much for replying...I apologize for putting it in the wrong place, I guess I am still finding my way around here. Thank you again!

Not a problem. Wish I could have answered your question, personally. The Mexican Riviera is on my wish list

I'm excited I have the chance to go...I guess that's one perk of being a military wife, I get to move around a lot.

you said you could move my post to the port section? if you wouldn't mind I would love if you could...that way it won't be in the wrong spot to annoy anyone.
