I just got an email about her....has anyone taken a tour of her yet? Thoughts?? Or is she pretty much identical to Freedom?

Liberty of the Seas will have her first sailing in May 2007, and I think she is pretty identical to her sister, Freedom of the Seas

You can't tour the Liberty Of The Seas yet - it isn't finished being built. But it is going to be pretty much a carbon copy of the Freedom.

Royal Caribbean says that Liberty of the Seas will have some updates/innovations that Freedom doesn't have. They haven't told us what those will be, and if the Freedom roll-out is an example, they won't be telling us about them until much further down the road as Liberty is being built, and then they will tell us one thing at a time. Maybe they haven't decided yet what those innovations will be?!?!

Really? Captain Bill told us it would have minor differences - which I took to mean the usual stuff like small differences in bars or a slightly different layout here and there. Of course, he may not have known the final plans but more likely just wasn't allowed to share them with us!

Dave, it makes sense for Royal Caribbean to make Liberty of the Seas just different enough from Freedom, such that experienced cruisers, even those who have cruised Freedom, will want to go on the Liberty, too. Whether it's true or just hype that Liberty will have new features remains to be seen.
