Sept 29 Port Change-New England

Just a heads up- I heard from a fellow cruise pal that RCCL changed the port for Explorer of the Seas. The New England Canada Cruise out of Bayonne is now pulling into port at New London Conn...NOT Newport Rhode Island. It would have been nice for RCCL to contact me, being as I booked through them directly. Even their website as of yesterday did not denote the change. RCCL did confirm it with me by phone.

cousins, I know how much you were looking forward to Newport, RI. I've heard the reason for the change was due to tendering issues at Newport...at New London, ships can dock.

I agree they should have contacted you, being as you booked with them directly.
