irons in the rooms on Voyager?

Do the balcony rooms on the Voyager have an iron? I don't remember seeing one last year on the Adventure.

Sorry Bonnie, you won't find an iron in your cabin. My wife packs a portable steamer that works great.

I have to agree with SONNYV - bringing a portable steamer is a great solution. But note the bringing irons is not permitted, as they are considered a major fire hazard.

Well I know its not aloud but we brought an iron and it worked great . We found the steamer didn't work well.

I'm sure an iron works very well. But the recent major fire onboard the "Star Princess" with one fatality and tens of millions of dollars of damage shows how dangerous fire onboard a ship is.

I guess rules are made to be broken. It only take one fire to ruin everyones vacation, or, someones life. Think about it before you pack your iron.

I'll have to try the steamer idea next time me and my wife go on a cruise. I hate standing in lines forever waiting for the iron. Plus the iron on our last cruise on the Valor didn't work properly so I had to go one floor down and use their iron.
