trouble getting info. on crown and anchor

Trying to get my mother, who has sailed before a username and password, have contacted the cruise line and they claim they don't have her ever sailing before, yet I have her sailpass with numbers on it! Anyhow if your just signing up the first time how are you to get a username and password, thought I could try this route but don't have either of those, hope this isn't to confusing thanks Wendy

Hi Wendy, When you sign up on the cruiseline sites, its the same as when you sign up with our site cruise-chat. You make your own username and password up. You do not have to have the Crown & Anchor # to sign up. Click here and create an account for your mother.

Carol, the problem is I can't access any of the members site, we do now have user ID and password but besides seeing were we are going and what we have booked that is all it allows me to do, any suggestions as far as seeing what members only are seeing? LOL thanks

Wendy I am not sure what you are looking for. Once you sign up at the link I gave you earlier, you can click on Crown&Anchor and register your C&A number. Once there you should be able to access the C&A sites.

Wendy, just call (800)526-9723 and you can speak directly to a C&A representative who will be more than glad to verify your mother's eligibility. They can quickly research past cruises and can even assist you in getting her set up in the system.

Wendy, I think I understood now.
I know you need to have a login-account at rccl.com to Enrol, but try the RCCL UK Website instead!

There you won't need a username and password to enrol.
Just make sure to select your actual Country in the form.
She will simply receive her member card my regular mail.
