Questions re: C&A Benefits for Platinum and above

It happened to me last year. I had a regular balcony stateroom but the RCCL database had shown me to have been a suite. I called C & A and they fixed it. I should have kept my mouth shut.

Shelby, I just called the reservations line and gave them our reservation number and asked them to add the kids number. They took my C&A number looked up the kids and added their numbers to the reservation. See if that works.

I just adjusted your ticker. You missed a bracket which I added.

For a custom avatar....first you take a photo of yourself and shrink it down to 48x48 pixels and save it someplace. Your computer desktop will suffice. Then go to your profile and scroll down to avatar and then click "edit". In the next screen there is an option for custom avatar. Go there and you will see options to upload the avatar. Upload it and then save it and it should appear.
