Bars, Casino and room service on Legend

Does anyone know what time the bars and the casino are open until? Can you get room service 24 hours and what can you get from room service after 1am ? Does the midnight buffet have just cakes and deserts ? and what time does it go until? What can I say I'm a night owl.
