has anyone noticed that the prices for the wine and champagne have dropped in price.
if so why is this?

Hadn't noticed, RCCL has always had affordable wine pricing. I've ordered enough over the years as Bon Voyage gifts to float the ship and it hasn't changed on my end. May have on the ship though.
