Satellite Radio on RCI ships

I am a subscriber of Sirrius Satellite Radio and have read that if I bring my receiver onboard that I should have no issues getting service anyplace on the cruise (MOS to Western Carribean).

Does anyone have experience with this, either postive or negative?

Oh man, I am anxious to hear how it works. I have been using SKYPE (www.SKYPE.com) with in-cabin access with great luck to make calls around the world. How does the Sirrus Satellite Radio work?
