Restaurants on Majesty of the Seas ??

I was wondering if the restaurants on the ship are all free to eat at? Do they have late hour snacks? We have my time dinning.... do we still have to reserve times each day? or just show up when we want to eat? Thanks in advance

No, not all the restaurants are free. Just the Windjammer and the dining rooms are free. I believe with my time dining, you can just show up when you want, but depending on table availability, there may be a wait.

I think they may have a midnight buffet in the Windjammer.

As far as how much the restaurants are, I think Johnny Rockets is a $4.95 cover charge, which is all you can eat, but drinks are extra.

It is strongly suggested that you make a reservation for your My Time dinner. You can do it each day by calling the dining room if you don't want to walk down. This will be explained in your Cruise Compass daily newsletter. It isn't mandatory, but as MCPayne said if you show up at a peak time you'll have to wait - sometimes 30 minutes or so.

The Majesty Of The Seas doesn't have all the extra-fee dining options that you see on the newer ships. Again, as MC said, it does have a Johnny Rockets. $4.95 per person includes the food but not soft drinks, milk shakes, or specialty sundaes. There is also a coffee bar which has a mix of "free" items and items which will cost you extra, such as specialty coffees.

Room service is available and has no charge normally, but they do assess a $3.95 per delivery fee between midnight and 5am which includes tip.

I almost forgot - in the Windjammer buffet they also have Sorrento's Pizza which is included in your cruise price. It has late night hours.

Johnny Rockets is really cheap and you will have more than enough food plus some really awkward dancing :-)

Yes, you definitely can get stuffed at Rockets. Just don't fill up on the fries and onion rings they keep bringing you before the burgers or hot dogs arrive.

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR ANSWERS ..IM GOING ON 5/3 ON THE MAJESTY ..ALL SO I SEE SOME ONE SAID THE DINING ROOMS ARE FREE THAT GREAT NEWS I THOUGHT JUS THE BUFFET WAS. BUT I PROBALLY WILL JSUT HIT THE BUFFET BECAUSE OF THE CONVIENCE.

You should try the main dining room at least one night, to me that is the best.
