Enchantment August 12th with Teenagers

This is my first cruise and I am bring my two teenagers with me (ages 16 & 17). Are there things for that age to do on the ship? I am worried about them being bored or lonely.

Ours were 13 years old and had a blast with the teen program. My daughter said that if she had been older (16 or so) there wasn't much to do with the kid programs. Other than laying by the pool and your land excursions I'm betting they'll be bored. They won't be allowed in the discos at night because they are not 18 (unless you're with them), so dancing is out. I would suggest having them each invite a friend and book an connecting cabin or one across the hall. At least then they would have someone to hang with by the pool.

We cruised Enchantment last July. We had 2 15 year olds, 18 & 21 yr. olds. We all had the time of our lives. We are sailing Explorer of the Seas this July, we can't wait. The 15 yr. olds met so many other young people. They still stay in touch with many of them.

Hi, just got back from my cruise...There were SO MANY 18 and 17 year olds...there is NO WAY they will be bored! You probably won't even see them! Just remember, they have their own "charge card"! So watch out! ha...
My daughter charged over $100 to my sea pass.., HELP! lol
Have a good time and don't worry...they will be busy checking everyone out and doing excursions during the day with you. good luck
