Deck Layout on RCCL website

For the last several months, on RCCL website, whenever I go to see where a room is on the deck plan, the deck plan doesn't come up. This happens most of the time. It is very frustrating. They list the rooms available, but there is no deck plan shown to see where the room is. Once in a while, the deck plans will load. If not, I have to find the deck plan elsewhere. It's just a hassle. I do have a MAC/APPLE, although I don't think that is the reason. Anyone else have the same problem? Any insight?? Thanks, Lil' Lori

Hi Lori,

Another Applehead here too - but it isn't a Mac related problem. They have been playing around with their website software yet again and things are often hosed up. I haven't tried the specific thing you mention but have had other problems.

Hi Lit'Lori, I was just on the site to look at the cabin they upgraded me to. The site worked fine for me.

I haven't had any problems with a Windows based system, but it does sound like a software problem. You might contact the support section of the website and see if they have any answers.
