I'm wondering that too. Also I would like to ask if we are C&A members with Royal Caribbean, does our credits apply to Celebrity cruise as well since I think they are owned by the same company?

Suzi, here is a list of benefits you get at each level of the Crown & Anchor club. After one cruise, they include things like discounts in the gift shop, money-off coupons for other areas of the ship, and more.
Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruises do not count towards each other's repeat passenger clubs. However, each cruise line honors the level you have reached with the other. If you are a Platinum member of Crown & Anchor, and you go on a Celebrity cruise, Celebrity will treat you to some of the same benefits as Royal Caribbean. But if you have 10 cruises with Royal Caribbean and none with Celebrity, you still accrue cruises to just one cruise line.
Chris, 12 nights or over counts for 2 cruise credits. You get another cruise credit for booking a suite. So, if you sail on a 12 night cruise in a junior suite or above, you'll earn 3 cruise credits.
