I agree with you Dave, when we have been to an island even 2 or 3 times (to Many), we get off walk around the area and then head back after a couple of hours and just enjoy the ship and the availability of services and especially the lounge chairs at the pool.

I agree about staying on the ship. We've really enjoyed that more and more on our last few cruises. We do get off and Shop a little dive or eat at favorite spots we've found over the years but otherwise, we enjoy the empty ship. No sand in the shorts or fighting the crowds...especially on the tenders.

With all the options on the Oasis, I'm not sure if you can see and experience it all in a week.

Count me in on the idea of just cruising.....Most of the Caribbean ports aren't worth the time to get off the ship.....but it is nice to have the ship almost all to myself...Gee, doesn't Haiti get blown away in most of the hurricanes?....What will happen to a pier on Labadee?....Oh well, happy cruising to everyone...
