On the RC webiste it says Diamond Plus gets a "Personalized amenity delivered to your stateroom or dining room." What is this?

It's wine or chocolate covered strawberry's. The wine can be brought to your dining room table if you wish. We always have it delivered to our room. We get a phone call from RCCL's diamond plus desk about 2 weeks prior to the cruise date asking us what are preferences are.
