Wine and dine package

Does anyone know about the wine and dine package on Splendour? I've tried to find info from their website without luck. I'd like to order/prepay for as much as I can before I leave.

The wine and dine packages are available for sale onboard during the day of departure, but to my knowledge they cannot be pre-ordered. There will be a station set-up right outside the Windjammer Cafe during the embarkation lunch. There is information on their website about the various packages available.
