My TA just notified me that RCCl droped our price of the cabin by $800.00 for the 9-27-09 saling of the Mariner of the Seas. make sure your check with your TA to see if your cabin cost has been reduced.

I went into the RCCL website and went through all of the motions of booking a cruise and I noticed that the rate for an inside promenade had a senior rate of 487.00. This rate for was first time bookings. I emailed my TA and she answered the next day to tell me that she got the price down to 310.00 per person for the cabin plus we still have 100.00 ship board credit per person. This is too good to believe. We have a group of 14 sailing on 9-27-09 on the mariner and the whole group will get the discounted rate. Good things do happen once and a while.

Congrats Gary and 49erfan!

I guess RCI has changed their tune about lowering prices to fill ships! Those are great prices.

Penny, I wish mine would go down too!

Keep watching and checking with your TA. If they want to fill these ships, they should come down in price.
