Shore excursions

So I was making shore excursions via the RCi site and I guess I thought you paid when you did your sea and sail pass final statement. However, it looks like I have to pay now ? Is this right or and do I pay for it now or is it just a deposit and I pay it with the sail pass final bill?
Please help!! I have it open on the other tab.

Excursions: When you book them, you pay for them - 100%

Also, the nice thing about paying for the excursions up front is that it eases the pain of the final SeaPass bill!!
