Luggage Question

I am cruising on Liberty of the Seas and have been advised to bring collapsible luggage. Before I go out and purchase some, can you please tell me if there is enough drawer space to actually empty out your luggage and store it under the bed.

There are 9 small drawers (1 with a hair dryer in it), but there are some shelves in the closet. I think there are 3. We had plenty of room to store 3 suitcases full of stuff.

A 24" suitcase (soft side) that is 9" high will slide under the beds in the stateroom.

The rooms are very efficient for your clothing and toiletries. I brought 2 very large suitcases and a carry on and my daughter brought the same. We were able to unpack & put things in the closet and drawers. There are small shelves on the outside of the mirror in the room which can hold a lot of your toiletries and smaller misc items. There is also room in the bathroom for these items. All our luggage fit under the bed except for one large suitcase which I was able to store by the window out of the way. Considering how much I bring with me & it all fits nicely in the places that are provided in the room. I don't think you'll have any problems.

Hi Kimbee1, welcome to Cruise-Chat. I think you will have plenty of space as well. We normally bring 2 large and 2 medium suitcases as well as 2 carry-on gym size bags. We have plenty of room to unpack all of our luggage and they fit nicely under the beds. Once again, welcome aboard!

I agree with everyone else, I travel with my wife and two daughters. We normally have four large suitcases and a couple of carry on's. We always manage to be able to unpack everything between the closet and the drawers (which are everywhere) The suitcases (soft sided but not collapsable) under the bed (we do sack them inside each other though). As we go through our clothes, we then put the dirty things in the suitcases to get them out of the way. You can have a fairly tidy cabin doing this.

If you already have luggage and it can store inside of each other, you should not have to go out an buy special stuff. There is room under the beds for at least four large suitcases worth of area.

SO GLAD TO HEAR ALL THIS CONSIDERING I AM GOING TO HAVE 2 16 YEAR OLD GIRLS.. UGGH.. I DONT EVEN WANT TO BE IN A CONFINED SPACE WITH THEM LET ALONE THEIR CLOTHES LOL.. (THAT WAS FROM MY 11 YEAR OLD BOY) LOL
