At least. I wonder how much more the cabins by Central Park will be. The 7 neighborhoods is interesting, too. I wonder if that means 7 different themed areas.

Two comments after looking at the ship yard pics-

1) now we know how the engineers are handling the upper deck weight issue on this ship... they eliminated is and opened the deck to the sky. I wonder how they are going to handle the wind and rain?

2) This is a HUGE ship... yet the dry dock still has plenty of space left in it.

I assume the park area will have a magrodome retractable roof.

That would be a good idea, but from the video and the pcitures, it did look as there was one.
I guess we will know more soon. I noted that the pics were from later March, so it looks like information should begin to flow out now.

So is this supposed to be the big "lawn" that everyone was talking about a few months ago? Because it doesn't really look like a "lawn" to me - more like paths surrounded by trees.

Also, doesn't this take up alot of room on the top deck? I know the ship is huge, but you can't have anything above this area.

I'm sure they have worked around it! The Genesis ships are 30 feet wider than the Freedom class, and 69 feet longer. If you look carefully (or perhaps incorrectly) at the forward part of the ship, it seems like a pool is positioned above the bridge.

This is a different ship. The Lawn Club is going into the Solstice class ships on Celebrity. These Royal Caribbean Genesis class have Central Park as pictured.

What a great concept in ship design! They will be real beauties but embarking and disembarking with 5399 other passengers can be a real hassle and not many ports will be able to handle the crowds - still,in every way the Genesis class will be awesome!
