We have purchased the trasfers from the airport to the ship. We know to put the cruise tags on our luggage. We are sailing from San Juan, our question is do was have to claim our luggage or do they take right to our room? In the past we never saw our luggage again until it was delivered to the room.

You will need to claim your luggage at the airport in San Juan, but a Royal Caribbean rep will be there to assist you. Once at the pier, you will again identify your luggage and it will be given to a porter to deliver to your cabin.
