I'm just back from a 2-night pre-inaugural "cruise to nowhere" on LOS. As far as I can tell, it's pretty identical to Freedom of the Seas -- which means awesome!
It's amazing to me that the ship can hold so many people, yet I didn't see huge crowds or lines at any venue. Plenty of seating in the showrooms, no long lines at the buffet, etc. Embarkation was relatively painless, too.
The ship is great fun, with lots going on at all times, wonderful facilities, attentive service, huge fitness area, etc. I wish they didn't charge extra for things like Pilates classes and other fitness related activities.
Do they still have the juice bar on aft port side of the main pool area? I thought this was very much a waste on the Freedom last year - it was hardly used.

Dave, not hardly as much of a waste of space as the boxing ring.

Oh yeah, you got that right! What were they thinking with the boxing ring? Stupid idea.

Hi guys,
We just ot back from Freedom. WOW! To address all the comments.... I think the boxing ring was put there more for the kids on board than for adults. (They wouldn't let my husband & I in it at the same time) The 'squeeze' was used quite alot. Probably more for beer than juice. As for lines, the only time we had a problem with lines was when we had to be tendered back & forth. Especially in Labadee. The line for the tender back to the ship was ridiculous. They could have thought that one out a bit more. But WOW what a ship!
