Dinner seating for a group?

Hi, about 8 people (family and friends)are planning to take an RCI cruise next spring & we all want to be seated at the same table for dinner. Some are booking through travel agents while other are booking through various travel websites. What is the best way to assure we are all seated together?

Any help would be appreciated!

You should not have trouble sitting together for dinner. There are 2 ways that you can proceed. First, you need to give the various RCI reservation numbers to one of the people who booked through a travel agent. The agent can contact RCI and cross reference all parties and request seating together at a large table (As long as they have last names and booking #'s this should not be a problem). If you get onboard and discover this was not done - have someone from the group head to the dining room to see the maitre'd and explain the situation. Royal Caribbean tries to be very accommodating -
