Things I need to bring on Mariner of the sea.

Hi,We're going for our first cruise in December.
I've asked a lots of questions,hopefully nobody's getting sick of me yet .What do they provide in cabin? Do I have to bring a hair dryer,adapter and extension cord like some people say?

hello,

i have found that a small power strip is very handy in your cabin since there is only one or two outlets . they do provide a hair dryer,but i prefer my own. bring a small alarm clock also.

there is a good deal of storage in the cabins also, but one of those hanging shoe organizers is handy for storing small items you be using on a regular basis.

on the subject of packing you don't need as much as you think you will since most of the time you will be in swim attire. however extra swimsuits will be a good thing to have. bring comfortable clothes and shoes for excursions.

I will be on that same cruise. We are so excited!!!
Some other ideas I have read that you might want to bring are a night light, extra batteries for camera, and a small sewing kit.
Do you have any children going with you?

Ezemoney, I'll ask my husband to go get one of those power strips. I need to get a small hair dryer and tell my daughters to get more swimsuits for themselves,thanks for your advices.
Cotefamily, we're so excited too! This is our first cruise.I already have all the things you mentioned.Thanks anyway .We are a family of six, my kids are 18,17,14,and 11.
