Internet Access

Does the Legend of the Seas have room internet acces. Could I use my laptop in the room?

Some ships do have "Cyber Cabins" where you can get online in your room.

From the RCCL website:
"Is Internet access available from the ship?
Yes, royalcaribbean online allows guests to access e-mail and the Internet for a small fee. The following ships offer internet access in your stateroom using a Cyber Stateroom hookup that is available for rental while onboard: Adventue of the Seas®, Brilliance of the Seas®, Explorer of the Seas®, Jewel of the Seas®, Mariner of the Seas®, Navigator of the SeasSM, Radiance of the Seas®, Serenade of the Seas®, and Voyager of the Seas®.
Please note: We have a limited number of computer cables available for rental."

All others do have Internet Centers and Hot Spots where you can use your own laptop with a WiFi card. See also this thread for prices

Small fee? You might want to practice your getting online, getting info and getting back off again routine. If its email, you are going for, set your web browser to go right to the access page, so you don't have to spend 5 minutes waiting for your start up page to load, and then another 5 to your web email login screen, and then another 5 minutes for the inbox screen to come up. The small fee adds up if you try to do anything useful.
