My family and I are heading for Mexico tomorrow morning on the Legend of the Seas. I will try to drop in from time to time to see what everyone is up to and give you a report of the cruise. We are taking surfboards and intend to surf at each port. I will let everyone know if we score any surf.

How was the Legend? What did you do in Mexico besides surf?

Thanks for the question. I loved the Legend, but found a much yourger crowd than I expected. Food was great, servoce was excellent (except the photographers) and the weather was perfect.

We checked with SurfLine.com for the Mexico surf forecast right before we left and they were calling for a mid sized swell, so we took our surfboards. Unfortunately, the swell was too steep to get in anywhere other than Cabo, where we had reasonable surf, but nothing outstanding.

All in all, the cruise was great! I am working on a MEGA review and I hope to have it posted later today.
