Can anyone tell me if Visa is readily accepted at the following ports?

Grand Bahamas
Grand Cayman
Jamaica
Cozumel, Mexico

Also, any suggestions on how to handle money when you're on excursions? How much cash do you need to bring for little expenses besides shopping? I appreciate your help. We leave in 6 days!!!!!!!
