Of course it's ok! You may want to get a statement from your doctor about your diagnosis - though you don't have what sound like SARS symptoms, you may be questioned about your illness. If you really feel terrible, and if you purchased travel insurance, you should be able to cancel based on illness and be reimbursed (so you can book a cruise later on). However, if your antibiotics are working and you are feeling better, then go - take it easy the first few days, and relax. Check with your doctor about his/her advice for your trip. Good luck!
