Soda with meals?

I've seen some conflicting information on RCCL's policy on soda with meals... is it included when you request it in the dining room?

On my last cruise with them (this past April) sodas were not included as part of the meal and needed to be ordered from the bar staff.

I emailed RCCL and asked that question. We paid for soda in the past, and it still holds true. You have to purchase soda. A can is $1.50, and a class is $1.25. Plus you add the 15% tip to that. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif[/img]

When we were on Explorer Feb 2002, soda in the dining room was no charge. But everywhere else you had to buy it.

soda used to be free in the dining room but since the end of last year ther is mow a charge for it.
