No offense taken; my wife just likes to sleep in the buff and when she gets up and wanders to the deck in the am, the robe comes in handy...I, myself, prefer my birthday suit as I could care less about the robe...I still have the bath robe I got at the Trump Towers in NY a few years ago that was given to us. I find that one too heavy to travel with..
I like your comments; without Chef Ken and goin' cruisin many threads would be boring.

Peter I was actually worried we may have offended you, glad you are a good sport. I have been told that you can call the front desk and ask for robes to be sent regardless of the stateroom. My gym shorts is all I need to feel, "presentable."
However if I am on a cruise and run into goin' cruisin' I want to be covered up so as not to give him too much material with which to razz me.
Having played a little pro baseball way back when, razzing teammates, or opponents, was part of the culture. Although I never made the big show, I was considered a major league giver of excrement. Give me an inch, Cheffy, and I'm all over you like a pitbull on a 3-year old....of course, good naturedly.
Hey, lets look on the bright side Peter. At least no one took the the thread off into the direction of wanting to talk about your wife sleeping in the buff and wandering the decks! Ok, enough of that....glad you are a good sport!! Hopefully someone can answer your question before this thread rolls to page 2.
Oooooops, didn't mean to continue this on and on but now I'll have to consider some sleeping pills as well for the trip or more wine not whine ! I think the robe thing has been exhausted. Even though I have stayed at the Trump, I don't do the comb over any more; shaved it off ! Thanks again all..
