booking new cruise

We just got back from our first cruise on Freedom and have not gotten our C&A number yet. We are thinking about booking another cruise for late next year. We was wondering if we can book it through our TA without our C&A number and just add it in later when we get it or should we wait for our number before booking another cruise?

Check with your TA to make sure but I am about positive that you can add it later. If you already have signed up for C&A, then RCI will probably be able to find the number and do it for you.

Yep, you can add the numbers anytime before you sail. And if you sailied again before they issued your numbers, they can find your past sailing at the C&A desk on the ship and still give you the little booklet with all the goodies onboard.

Call or send an e-mail to C&A (their info is on the RC web site). They will usually accomodate you and get for you sooner. Just tell them that you want to book a cruise and want to give it to your T/A.
BTW if you book a next cruise option while on board you only have to put down $100. initially and you get OBC... You don't have to choose a cruise right away. When you book your next cruise you will pay the remainder of the deposit. We did this on our last cruise not knowing when we would take the next one. They will give you a confirmation number, then when you book the next cruise, you use that number as yor reservation number.
