Voyager Class

Hi
I am new to this sight. We have booked on the Mariner of the Seas and are in cabin which is at the front of the ship and on the pictures there is a small canopy. Has anyone stayed in this cabin on any voyager class ship & if so can you tell me if the canopy is a problem.

the cabin number is 1530 which is the very first ( or very last which ever way you look at it) cabin on the 10th deck.

Hello Jude,
Your cabin is on the port (left) side of the ship. Forward of your cabin whould be the Hotel Directors cabin and then the bridge. I have a picture from the bridge of a Voyager class ship looking back at the port side of the ship. If you would like to look at it click on the link below. The round windows with no balcony is the Hotel Directors suite and the first balcony would be where your's will be. You have a D-1 cabin and you will be very happy with it.

The canopy you refer to is actually the overhang from the pool deck above you (in your case - the fitness center will be directly above you). The only issue that you may have with the extended overhang above your balcony is that it limits the amount of sun exposure you will get.
