I'm getting mixed information. Is there a fee to climb the rock wall, use the ice skating rink, or rent skates (ice or roller blades)?

I was told on Voyager that the rock wall USE TO cost money, but it is free now. I think there is a charge to rent skates though.

I climbed the Rock Wall and no there is no charge... I don't believe there is a charge for ice skating either but I didn't go so I'm not positive.. there is also inline skating and mini golf.. We just got back and it was awesome.....
