We always have inside cabins and became platinum members after 3 cruises, longer than 12 nights.
And both people in the cabin DH and I got the credits. We also became the higher level for Celebrity, although we had only cruised 1 times with them for 14 days.

If you book a suite you should get two credits. If you book a 12 night cruise you will also get two credits. If you book more that one cabin you will only get credit for one. My wife and I have different C&A membership numbers and sometimes book a cabin in my name and one in her name. We still only get one credit.

I though you become platinum after 5 completed cruises not 3. I'm a diamond plus member and I don't get many more perks then when I was a diamond member. Of coarse the two night cruise on the Freedom was a great perk so I can't complain.
