Cruise Credits

Does anyone know how long it takes for cruise credits to show up on your Crown and Anchor account after you have completed a cruise? My account shows my last cruise, but it states "not qualified". I am confused.

I don't know what "not qualified" means. Perhaps you should call the Crown & Anchor desk and ask them.

It always shows not qualified, until you have taken the cruise and it has been processed by C & A, which is usually 2 - 3 weeks after the cruise ends. You may even see it change from not qualified one day, but not see your total cruise credits increase until the next day

I actually just got home from a cruise on the Explorer and within a week my credit showed up already! That is odd though as in the past it took much longer. I did also have a inside cabin for my children at one time and they did not give me ANY credit at all for that! Just the credit for the junior suite for my husband and myself....hope that info helps!

Thanks a lot folks. It did show up several weeks later. I did call C&A and was told that there system was not the fastest. It seems I was alarmed for nothing.

Let me ask, where you find your cruise credits on the website. I searched on the Crown&Anchor site, logged in, but it showed nothing.

So I would appreciate your help.

There should be a link in your RCCL online account for "your cruise history", which lists them and the dates you took them.

but they seem to be a difference, like many others, for US and Non-US citizens.

We also cannot participate in downloading the coupons for future cruises.

Can anyone provide a list of just how many credits per room/suite? I booked a junior suite (received one cruise credit) and a interior cabin (no credits) at the same time. Why would they not give any credit at all for an interior? I know it's less expensive, but we did pay for the room and should get some credit...

I believe that credit is given to the occupants of the cabin, if they have a Crown & Anchor number, no matter who actually pays for the cabin.
