Price of cruise?

Just wondering if the price of a cruise goes up and you have already paided in full, can they still charge you the difference? Also if the price comes down do they give you a refund?

Wendy, once your room is paid in full, cruise lines can not charge you more, even if the price goes up. Even with a deposit on the room, you've locked in the price, except on some rare occasions when there is a tax increase. But you'll never be charged a higher room rate once you have money on your room.

If the price goes down for your particular category of room, most cruise lines will give you a refund, or an onboard credit, or sometimes an upgrade to a higher category.
