Bermuda-How are the waters there from NJ?

Anyone sailed on the 5 night to BErmuda from bayonne? How are the waters to bermuda? Specifically mid June. We sailed on the explorer this jUne and the last day at sea was quite rough coming back in. I suppose it was due to weather. Didn't seem to last long, they must have slowed down or used the stabilizers because it seemed to really improve for a few hours .

It just depends on the amount of weather that is active in the Atlantic and Caribbean. If there is tropical activities of any consequence, it can set up larger ground sweels that would affect the level of the ocean swells. However June isn't considered a month with high activity.

I have found that it's always a little rocky when the ship is off the point of Cape Hatteras. It doesn't last long, though.

My friends took a cruise sounding very similar to yours and said that it once got choppy, but they could barely feel it, unless they were looking at the waves.
