Does anyone know if RCCL still serves High Tea in the Windjammer? I have seen this on several old reviews. We will be on the Splendour.

I can't speak specifically about the Splendour. In general, the Windjammer has an afternoon "snack" with a lot of food: sandwiches, salads, desserts, etc. But it's not a high tea.
