Seaview Cafe on Brilliance

I have only been on the Voyager family of ships and they have Johnny Rockets. What type of food does the Seaview Cafe have? Does anyone know the hour they are generally open?

I was in the seaview cafe on Jewel of the seas last year. The food was mainly salads, sandwiches and burgers & fries. You can order beer,coffee,teas & milkshakes. Most of the seating for the seaview is outside which is nice if you have the weather to sit out.
